The site spans approximately 1.3 acres, with a reported saleable area of around 2.9 lakh sq ft. It is Birla Estates’ first announced redevelopment project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The project was announced on March 27, 2026. Birla Estates is the real estate arm of Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited, established in 2016, with a portfolio across Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Pune.
