Overview
Birla Arika is an ultra-luxury high-rise residential development by Birla Estates in Sector 31, Gurugram, located just off NH-48. The project sits on a sprawling land parcel, with Phase 1 introducing 4 towers with 322 residences and a subsequent Phase 2 adding further low-density inventory. Once complete, the development is planned to comprise up to 7 sky-scraping towers with 40-41 floors each, housing around 520 residences in total.
