Birla Navya is a low-density independent-floor township developed by Birla Estates in Sector 63A, on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. The tranquil and environmentally conscious township is located in Sector 63A of Gurugram and encompasses 47 acres of land to construct township homes. With IGBC Gold pre-certification, it is rated as a premier township in Gurugram and is located in Sector 63A which is also known as Gurgaon's fastest-developing area.
The development is being built across multiple pockets rather than as a single tower cluster. Birla Navya Gurgaon is a gated community with premium floor residences segregated into five pockets, each with a unique design and facilities; the first two pockets are Drisha and Amoda.
