Birla Trimaya Phase 4, also known as The Bay, is the newest phase of the 52-acre Birla Trimaya township in Shettigere, Devanahalli. Birla Estates and MSR Realty are jointly developing the township, with Birla Arnaa LLP as the Phase 4 promoter.
