Beyond the airport, the corridor benefits from an established sports and institutional ecosystem, including the Buddh International Circuit, and is steadily filling in with residential sectors, business parks, and logistics hubs planned by YEIDA. For homebuyers, this mix of authority-led planning, expressway access, and airport-linked economic activity makes the belt one of the more credible long-term growth stories in NCR real estate today.
