About Birla Evara
Birla Evara is an ultra-luxury township by Birla Estates, located in Kodathi village, off Sarjapur Road in East Bangalore. Birla Evara is a new-age Apartment Township project by the Birla Estates, strategically located in Kodathi, off Sarjapur Road, East Bangalore, set on 25 acres, and includes 13 high-rise Towers with 1,594 apartments. The apartments are available as 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK units with floor sizes of 449 sq ft - 1630 sq ft.

Birla Evara is developed by Birla Estates, the real estate arm of the Aditya Birla Group. On the construction front, Birla Estates launched Birla Evara in Feb 2025, and the project is officially under construction, with construction work starting in May 2025. The project is RERA-registered and is being developed with a focus on comfort, ventilation, and community living for families and IT professionals working along the Sarjapur Road belt.
