Prestige Golden Grove Clocks ₹2,500 Crore in Two Weeks

Prestige Estates Projects recorded early sales exceeding ₹2,500 crore for its Prestige Golden Grove project in Hyderabad within two weeks of launch, with over 1,700 units sold and more than 4,000 customer footfalls.

Prestige Estates Projects launched Prestige Golden Grove in Tellapur, Hyderabad on April 22, 2026, marking one of the developer's largest single-phase residential launches. Within just two weeks, the project achieved sales exceeding ₹2,500 crore, selling over 1,700 units from its total inventory of 5,120 units. The launch drew more than 4,000 customer footfalls—among the highest recorded for any residential project launch in Hyderabad—signaling exceptional market appetite for large-scale, well-planned township developments in the city's western corridor.

Prestige Golden Grove is a large-scale residential development located in Tellapur and spread across approximately 29 acres. The project comprises around 5,120 units across 10 towers and has an estimated gross development value of about ₹9,500 crore.

The strong footfalls and early sales traction reflect the depth of demand for well-located, well-planned residential communities at the right price points."

Hyderabad contributed 49% of the total pre-sales value for the company in Q1 FY27. The strong response comes at a time when reports have indicated a slight dip in overall housing sales in Hyderabad during early 2026, suggesting that well-positioned projects are still outperforming the broader market.

For homebuyers, Tellapur has seen the highest demand in Hyderabad property market 2025-26, driven by its direct tie to the phenomenal growth of Hyderabad's IT corridor. As companies continue to expand in the Financial District, Gachibowli, and the futuristic Neopolis SEZ in Kokapet, the demand for high-quality housing in adjacent, well-planned localities skyrockets.
