Yelahanka is one of Bangalore's oldest and most storied localities. Yelahanka New Town, one of the most established sub-markets, averages around ₹7,950 per sq ft, while premium pockets closer to Airport Road and Bellary Road command ₹10,000 per sq ft and above.

Employment and infrastructure growth continue to fuel demand. Yelahanka benefits from its proximity to major employment hubs, particularly Manyata Tech Park, KIADB Aerospace Park, Aerospace SEZ, and Kirloskar Business Park, with North Bangalore adding over 50,000 IT and GCC jobs in Q3 2025 alone.
