Sector 24, Rohini

Rohini began as the first sub-city project of the Delhi Development Authority in the 1980s, and Sector 24 is one of the more balanced parts—neither too old nor too new—with gradual development reflecting schools, colleges, and residential pockets growing side by side, feeling active without being chaotic. It's a bustling neighbourhood with a pleasant mix of urban and suburban amenities just 15 kilometres from the city centre. The sector features well-developed infrastructure including wide roads, green open spaces, DDA flats, private builder floors, schools, hospitals, and markets, with good metro connectivity and access to Central Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.
