Sector 150 sits on the southern edge of the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, close to the confluence of the Yamuna and Hindon rivers. Sector 150 Noida has grown up as a prominent realty hotspot from nowhere within a short period of time, on the southern edge of the Noida Expressway, with great connectivity in the surrounding localities and famous premium developments. Often referred to as the greenest sector in the city, sector 150 holds 80% of the area dedicated to open spaces and vast greenery, offering families a calm ambiance, plenty of clean air, and an eco-friendly locale.

Unlike Noida's older, densely built sectors, this belt was designed around low-rise density and large open zones. Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park spans more than 40 acres, making it one of the largest parks in the region and offering residents a very high standard of living. The sector also carries a strong sporting identity, with its largest sports metropolis and top-notch facilities including an international standard cricket stadium and a massive 9-hole golf course.

On pricing, the market has moved up steadily but still offers headroom compared to central Noida. Average apartment prices range between ₹12,000 and ₹14,000 per sq ft depending on the project, with premium development and luxury towers going beyond ₹15,000 per sq ft. Rentals have kept pace too — average monthly rentals for a 1000 sq ft flat rose from Rs 15,500 in 2019 to Rs 19,000 in 2022, and further to Rs 25,211 for a 2 BHK by Q2 2024.

Major developers including Godrej, Tata Housing, ACE Group, ATS and now Birla Estates have all picked Sector 150 for flagship launches, reinforcing its status as Noida's premium residential belt for the next decade.
