Greater Faridabad

Greater Faridabad, also known as Neharpar, is the planned extension of Faridabad city spanning sectors from the mid-60s through the 90s and beyond. Also known as Greater Faridabad, Neharpar is a newly developed locality with sectors ranging from 66-89, with sector 66-74 comprising industrial centers and residential sectors falling between sector 75-89, home to wide roads, modern infrastructure and hi-rise residential projects. This peri-urban belt sits directly adjacent to the new HSVP sector zones that the Haryana government continues to expand.

The region has moved from being a plotted-development frontier to a maturing residential destination. Faridabad, especially the Greater Faridabad (Neharpar) region, has emerged as one of the most promising real estate destinations in Delhi NCR, with well-planned sectors, affordable housing options, and excellent connectivity to Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram. Land development here has been driven by HSVP, formerly HUDA, following organized sector layouts.

Haryana's urban development authority continues to widen this belt further. Haryana has announced a 4,500-acre expansion in Faridabad with 12 new sectors (94A, 96, 99–103, 140–142), with land acquisition underway. This expansion is expected to bring the same organized-sector model that shaped Sectors 75-89 to newer parts of the belt.

For homebuyers, the appeal lies in a rare mix: NCR connectivity at a price point still well below Gurugram and Noida, combined with wide roads and newer building stock. Neharpar Faridabad plots are gaining popularity due to affordable pricing compared to Gurugram and Noida, upcoming metro connectivity, well-planned residential sectors, and proximity to educational institutions, hospitals, and shopping complexes.
