While new-build supply on Golf Course Road proper has slowed, the adjoining Golf Course Extension Road corridor in Sectors 60-67 has emerged as the natural next chapter for buyers who want the same address ecosystem with newer product, including branded low-rise residences from developers like Birla Estates.
Golf Course Road benefits from an unusually mature transit network for a Gurugram corridor, combining metro, highway and arterial road access.
